Blueberry Muffins

We just had nice freshly baked blueberry muffins for breakfast! Yum!

Blueberry Muffins

1 3\4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup  sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1 egg

In a medium sized mixing bowl, stir the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together. Add the blueberries and mix to coat them.

Combine the milk, butter and egg together and beat until mixed. Pour this mixture into the dry blueberry mix and stir until moistened. Do not beat.

Divide into muffin tin and bake at 375F for 20 minutes.
These muffins are moist and delicious!
